The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. betphil reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances without prior notice.
4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information updated. betphil shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information.

4.4 You are solely responsible for the security of your betphil login credentials. betphil will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to betphil support immediately. betphil shall not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
4.5 betphil reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable Philippine law.
5.1 All financial transactions on betphil are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). betphil does not charge currency conversion fees. Supported deposit channels currently include GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online, BPI Online, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven. betphil reserves the right to add or remove payment channels without prior notice.
5.2 Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya reflect in your betphil account instantly following confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay typically reflect within 15 to 30 minutes. betphil does not guarantee specific processing times as these depend on third-party payment processors.
5.4 betphil reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, betphil will notify the User and provide an opportunity to respond before a final determination is made.
5.5 Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login or betting activity for twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to a dormancy fee as published in the betphil platform help centre, unless restricted by applicable law.
6.1 All bets placed on betphil are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game you are participating in.
6.2 All bets are final once confirmed. betphil will not reverse a bet on the grounds that a User did not understand the rules, selected the wrong outcome, or changed their mind after confirmation.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or data feed failure that affects the integrity of a game round or sports market, betphil reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Users' accounts. betphil will communicate such decisions through the platform.
6.4 For live casino games, the outcome determined by betphil's certified game studio providers is final. betphil does not have the ability to alter game outcomes once a round has commenced.
6.5 Sports betting markets are governed by additional market-specific rules published in the betphil sportsbook section. These rules address situations including but not limited to: match abandonments, walkovers, result disputes, and settlement timelines.
7.1 betphil offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Users. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms form part of this Agreement.
7.2 Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.3 betphil reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time. betphil will provide reasonable notice where practical, but is not obligated to do so for promotions that have been misused or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
7.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-risk betting patterns, or coordinating with other accounts to manipulate promotional outcomes — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of winnings derived from those bonuses, and may result in permanent account closure.
7.5 Loyalty points accumulated through the betphil rewards programme are subject to the loyalty programme terms, which may be updated from time to time. Accumulated points have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betphil and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
8.2 betphil employs technical and human monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Evidence of any prohibited activity will be reported to PAGCOR and, where applicable, to Philippine law enforcement authorities.
9.1 betphil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms, a PAGCOR compliance requirement, a court order, or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
9.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach by the User, betphil may forfeit any funds held in the account, including winnings and bonus balances. Any deposited funds that are not in dispute will be returned to the User's verified payment method.
9.3 Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact betphil support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method.
9.4 Self-excluded accounts may not be reopened during the self-exclusion period under any circumstances. betphil treats self-exclusion as a binding commitment and will not process account reinstatement requests until the exclusion period has fully elapsed and a formal reinstatement review has been completed.
10.1 All content on the betphil platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, game names, promotional materials, and the betphil brand identity — is the exclusive property of betphil or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betphil platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, reverse-engineering, scraping, or commercial use of betphil content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betphil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses from gambling activity, lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions.
11.2 betphil does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside betphil's reasonable control may affect platform availability. betphil will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.
11.3 betphil's aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single claim or series of connected claims arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11.4 Nothing in this section shall exclude betphil's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12.1 betphil collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the betphil Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference, and in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations.
12.2 By registering on betphil, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data necessary for account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, marketing (subject to your preferences), and PAGCOR regulatory reporting.
12.3 betphil implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect User data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and secure server infrastructure for data at rest.

14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the User and betphil's dispute resolution team. Users wishing to raise a dispute must do so in writing to [email protected], providing full details of the matter and the resolution sought.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures. betphil cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
14.4 Nothing in this section prevents betphil from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from the appropriate Philippine courts where necessary to protect its rights or prevent irreparable harm.
15.1 betphil may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betphil will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to the registered address of all active account holders, or via a prominently displayed notice on the betphil website, whichever is reasonably practicable.
15.2 Continued use of the betphil platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using betphil and contact support to request account closure.
